Splendid location. Walking distance to public transports, sights, shops, restaurants. Spacious apartment with all facilities needed for a short stay (app. 3 days). Beds are only 140cm wide and very small! If you are a light sleeper or need some space in bed, you will definitely have trouble getting a good night's rest. The second bedroom is also tiny...In case you are slightly bigger in mass, you will feel like a tiger in a cage...Apartment is comfortably suitable for four adults max, no more...

It was a very nice, well furnished and cozy Apartment in the City Centre of Barcelona. We couldn't expect anything better.

great location, the apartment reflects the pictures on the beautiful and elegant site. We stayed in six people comfortably with all the comfort offered. Highly recommended !!

Very nice place to stay.

Great location for exploring north, south or centre of the city. Roomy apartment - 2 bathrooms great for two families. Natalia was there to welcome us and gave us some great info to get the most out of our visit. Welcome pack - very useful but would be better customised. We left behind a full bottle of olive oil, loads of coffee filters (as had the last visitors) prefer butter to margarine and, as the supermarket is only across the road this could be done. A toaster would be a great addition.

Lovely central apartment in classy safe area. Hostel downstairs but no issues. Rooms and beds spacious. Kitchen could do with a few more tumblers but fridge good. Did not use cooker but looked fine. Boiler small so showers have be short or no hot water. Good minimaket directly across the road and also nice pizza place on the corner. 4 minutes to major metro. It is possible to rude the metro all the way to the airport. Good. Immunisation on arrival. Superb holiday and would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Very clean, spacious and well appointed, right in the middle of the city. Neighborhood feels safe and metro stations nearby.

I would recommend this appartment anytime, location is perfect. Room to the street can be a bit loud. If you looked a bit nearer at the cleanlyness of the flat some flaws appeared. Sticky surface on top of the fridge, also the second bathroom had a funny smell, we decided not to use it. But otherwise a good deal with a lot of quality for money. Appartamento pulito e tranquillo, perfettamente identico alle fotografie pubblicate. Qualche usura del tempo negli arredi ma, ripeto, buon appartamento. Zona centralissima e servita dai mezzi pubblici. Il wi fi l\'ho trovato ottimo. Supermercati e negozi di ogni tipo a pochi metri di distanza. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimale soprattutto se si viaggia con bambini che dispongono di spazio adeguato. The apartment is very central and only about a 10 minute walk to the main shopping street. I must say that the apartment was a bit tired looking with plaster / painting not finished nicely and looks A LOT better in the photos than in real life and also a lot smaller than it looks. The second bathroom was very very small, smelly and cold. Also the apartment was above a hostel which on Sunday night was quite noisy. However we did have a great time and the apartment was a great location.

Excellent location, excellent accommodations. Only minor problem was the hair dryer not working. Wifi is terrific. The second bathroom is very small, but functional. We did not need to call on Habitat for any corrections or additional services. Hostess met us promptly and answered all our questions. Habitat comments: Thank you for your kind feedback. We check the hair dryer and we repair or replace it.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. We would stay here again.

Great location, reasonable price. Agent was a little late to let us in to our apartment, and then left quickly.

As we arrived in our app. on the 2nd floor we found out that the traffic in the street below caused a lot of noise. We immediately discussed this with Ramon, a nice man who introduced us the equipment in the appartment. We mentioned our complaint and without any discussion he offered us the Classic app. on the 4 th floor, which had also a bedroom on the \"quiet\" side. This app. was free the next day and was cleaned asap. We are very content with your immediate and professional approach.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location. Great for 3 people, likely a bit small for 5-6. Grocery across the street & convenient to several metro stops. Be sure to have their cell number if you arrive after office hours and are late. Towels provided are very minimal. None for bathroom floor or kitchen for doing dishes. Bring your own towels & soap (we did) and you\'ll be happy. Would definitely rent here again.

I loved this apartment! When I arrived everything was just as listed in the advertisement. It comes well equipped with eating and cooking utensils. The washer/dryer works well and is easy to use. I requested a few items as part of my welcome package and I was pleased to see everything present. Also, the apartment is located in a good area with supermarkets, fitness centers, and attractions nearby. I am very satisfied with my stay at the Lauria Classic and look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable. Loved staying in the Eixample - safe, very central, close to everything. Walked everywhere from there. Lots of restaurants/cafes in the neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had - not a major one - was the washer/dryer, which would not dry, despite the many attempts we made. Eventually we figured out that the DRY setting had been turned off, so we just hung our laundry to dry. / Habitat comment: Thank you for letting us know, we are going to solve this problem.

Overall the apartment was as represented, it was clean quiet and comfortable for our visit. The neighborhood was wonderful and we felt very safe.

We had a very nice 4-days-stay in Lauria Classic Apartment. Clean, stylish and enough space. The location is great, nearby the train-station to the airport. Only minor was the shower that was cold after two persons who took a shower. Habitat apartments: Thank you for your comment, in general the boilers in Spain are small. But when you wait a little while then you should have enough warm again.

Excellent Service, had a couple of issues which were sorted straight away.

Very good apartment walking distance from central Barcelona... The only minus evaluation is the small area of the in-bathroom bedroom (bath included). The apartment is located in a building winch embrasses an hostal residence wich, in first place could, bring some less confidence... However during our 4 days stay there wasn\'t any problems whatsoever... for the contrarie the people was helpful (very helpful) helping me, in one occasion, opening the building front door I\'ll, surely, be back...

Beautiful apartment with just two faults - the en-suite shower room is a very tight fit and getting out of shower is difficult. Also noise from apartments below.

We spent eight nights in this apartment last week. Our stay got off to a rough start: the description of the apartment indicates that there is a crib and high chair (we have a two year old) and I even emailed Habitat two days before we arrived confirming the presence of those items in the apartment, to which Habitat responded that they were there. Despite my efforts and the description on the site, neither the chair nor the crib were in the apartment when we arrived (with a very tired baby) and we needed to wait an hour while Habitat solved the problem. It was too bad to start off that way, because other than that, the apartment was great. The street is a little loud but it did not bother us. The location was perfect--we hardly took public transit all week and just walked everywhere. The place was clean and looked like in the photos, as others have said. There were wine glasses (someone recently mentioned that they were missing) and Habitat cleaned the place halfway through our stay, which I was not expecting. Only thing was missed was an ipod dock—might be something to add. I would use Habitat again—at the end of the day they take their business very seriously, follow up, and are responsive and I appreciate that.

GREAT location. Busy street but the apartment was very quite (thanks to some very sound proof windows). One bedrooms was very large and the other was a bit snug. Kitchen good sized but could use some basic amenities (like a couple of wine glasses). Other than the washer/dryer taking forever and there being no sheets for the sleeper-sofa, we had no complaints. Overall, this apartment is well sized for a family of 3 or 4 (assuming someone sleeps on the sofa). Great water pressure in the showers! // Julia from Habitat Apartments: Many thanks for your review! We will add some wine glasses to the kitchen. We are sorry, but we just give the sheets for the sofa bed on request, when there are not more than 4 people staying in the apartment. Best regards

An excellent apartment that was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The furnishings were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Two suggestions: explicitly state where in an apartment your representative is to meet a renter. Mine was late, I asked someone to call, he was outside building I was inside...after 1/2 hour I opened the door and asked if it was him. Second, I think that guests should be provided with two sets of towels and not have to pay extra. // Julia from Habitat Apartments: Thank you very much for your comments. Very lovely apartment in a great location. Close to Metro, Renfe and lots of shopping and dinning options. Only issue was size of 1 bathroom, very narrow to navigate in. Other than that is was exactly as shown in pictures. Would recommend this unit and would stay here again if I was in Barcelona. One other issue was we stayed over 7 days but did not get the cleaning as promised, had to wash our own towels during the week. Habitat Apartments: Thank you so much for your comment. Regarding the cleaning, we are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience but the cleaning person made a mistake and confused the dates. Besides, for your 8 night stay, we only offered you a cleaning without change of linens and towels, not a complete cleaning. Nevertheless, we are sorry and hope you enjoyed your stay in Barcelona! Very nice apartment also very central area on Las Rambalas within 8 mins walk. There was a lot of noise in the landing area during the night that woke us from other residents which happen on two of the nights. The flat is very modern and well equipped, flat was clean and well presented our only niggle is we do think that if tea/coffee/sugar had been provided it would have added a nice touch. There is a shop opposite the flat where we did go buy supplies from. Overall very pleased stay // HabitatApartments: Thank you very much for these recommendations. We kindly remind you that you can ask for a welcome pack with the principal foodstuff you need. Hope to see again in one of our apartments.

Excellent appartment. Well located, very clean. One room is however less confortable. And the street is a bit noisy. But we all enjoyed the place.
