The apartment was perfect, it was the second time we stayed in that particular apartment and we chose it a second time for the location and condition. I could only suggest that there were more serving dishes in the kitchen, a salad bowel for example and possibly a staff mixer.

Very nice stay November 9 - 17. The appt. is a bit older than it appears in the promo video but is very ok and is clean. Air conditioning was very much appreciated even at this time of the year. The representative of Habitat was at time to receive us abd gave us all requested information. Nearby there is a very useful supermarket opened from 9AM-2PM and 5PM-9PM. Even on Sunday. Good location of the appartment and very quiet.

The flat was great, very good location and clean. Ideal for a family with kids. The only thing missing in the flat was glasses and wine glasses and thick curtains in the main sleeping room !!! Otherwise, perfect ! We enjoyed it very much. Will come back with no hesitation ! Thank you. Pat & Co.

We loved staying in this apartment. The location was fabulous - you are just minutes away from the Ramblas and all the attractions but in a great quiet street and lovely area of Barcelona. There is a great supermaarket directly across the road from the apartment as well. In terms of accommodation it was fab - airconditioning, great sized rooms, good kitchens and bathrooms, fabulous laundry/balcony area to dry clothes in. The apartment is fabulous for a family. We had 5 adults and one toddler stay and we were all very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying there to anyone!

It was a big and comfortable apartment accomodating the 8 of us, and the location was good, but one room didn't had airconditioning, otherwise it would have been perfect. I would gladly book this apartment in the future again. Keep it up guys!

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 35.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
