In the same building as Lauria Cosy, Lauria Veranda, Lauria Classic and Lauria Suites apartments.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. It was very spacious, very well located, clean, well equipped (kitchen, appliances etc.) Your representative met us on time and explained to us everything we needed to know about the apartment. My only complaint is that on Saturday and Sunday nights, there was a fair amount of noise from another apartment in the building (maybe the hostel - although I am not sure). This made it a bit difficult to get to sleep.

Basically I was very satisfied with Lauria Gallery apartment. My only comment is that the daylight is not sufficient in the apartmant and I consider it as an issue.

Great location near public transports and few minutes of city centre(5 minutes to Plaza Catalunya and Les Ramblas).The apartament is very cleaning and confortable we are 4 adults and two children of two and sixth years.In front of main entrance there is a supermarket not more expensive with high quality products.We sure book again with Habitat apartments for another holiday in Barcellona or another cities like Amsterdam or Madrid.

Overall, the apartment was great. It was in an excellent location and was very comfortable. The person that met us was on time and he was very sweet! The only issue was that the apartment smelled moldy especially near the laundry room. There were also not enough towels provided. Habitat Apartments: We provide one set of towels (one for hands and one for shower) per person. So far, we have no knowledge of any smell in the apartment, but your comments have been noted. Thank you!

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 35.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
