This apartment is a total retreat while still being in the heart of Barcelona! After walking around for most of the days and evenings, we felt very spoiled and at home when we came back to the flat. It is a special place: romantic, spacious and with nice decor. Lots of closet space, too. We were treated well - the women who work at habitat really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Lauria Cosy apartment is located very near to Passeig de Gracia, so most of the attraction are within walking distance. Supermarket just across the road and bus stop just in front. The interior design of the apartment is quite good as well. The bed settings is 2 single beds. For couple, it will be combination of the 2. It is a very spacious apartment for 2.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 35.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
