We stayed 5 nights in the apartment and had a great vacation. The location is very convenient as a tourist. Very close to Passeig de Gràcia and Plaça de Catalunya. not far from Arc de Triomf. 20 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4. It was great to be able to wash clothes in the apartment. The kitchen was well furnished, although we didn’t do much cooking. Soap, detergent, and a couple of servings of coffee and tea were provided. - Habitat Reply:

The apartment was just as pictured. It was lovely and clean and the welcome package provided with coffee, dish soap was great. The driver that picked us up at the airport called to say what time we were arriving but we still had to wait almost an hour for someone to meet us. The shower does not drain well but we managed. The construction in the apartment above was very noisy but not the fault of Habitat rentals. - Habitat Reply:

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

- A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00 to 21:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
