Studio located in an apartment complex with hotel services available; swimming pool and children's play area, covered parking at a cost of 11€ per day and others with an extra cost (breakfast buffet 9€ & meals, tennis courts, golf).

Appartement très propre et très bien situé à proximité de la plage et possibilité d'utiliser la piscine de l'hotel juste ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances

The apartment in Puerto Banús was nice, friendly and very clean. Bedlinen white and perfect. We enjoyed our 5 days stay very much. And once again the location was perfect.
Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

- A 22.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
