Pros- the apartment is in a great location with bus stops, restaurants and grocery stores very close. A short walk to most major tourist destinations. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped, the kitchen has good amenities.
The windows are new, good quality and block out most of the noise from the street.
Cons- the beds are very uncomfortable, the linens are ok but very cheap mattresses. There is no lighting in the hallway so finding our door in the dark was hard and a little scary.

Nous étions très satisfait de notre séjour à lauria cosy les photos affichees sur le site web reflètent la réalité équipement propreté pas de bruit proche de toutes les accomodites transport supermarché centre barcelone. M. Michèle qui nous reçu était d un professionalisme depassant les attentes. Nous y reviendrons.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
