I arrived at the studio in one appointment I have the phone in front of the house She was guiding me home. That house is more beautiful than the pictures and the pictures were alike seemed Very satisfied with the quality there

I spent a week at Jordi's apartment with my partner & his parents & we had a fantastic time. The apartment is just like the photos with great decor & lots of room for 4 people to be very comfortable. The location was really safe & close to lots of great little bars & the Sant Antoni market where you can buy fresh food daily. We were met by Jennifer who gave us some helpful information about the area & made sure our check in was very smooth. One thing to note about the apartment is that it doesn't have anyone living in it regularly, there aren't many basics in the kitchen, so if you're staying for more than a couple of days & want to cook at home, you 'll need to invest in pantry staples like sugar, coffee, condiments etc. We absolutely loved Barcelona & this apartment was a great choice!

A great little 2 bedroom apartment in a real locals area of Barcelona. We found a great local bar and some groovy local cafés that we visited every morning on the way out for the days site seeing. An easy 10 minute walk to las rambles.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
