Comtal 41 apartment in Barcelona is located in the left side of the Eixample district of Barcelona (Poble Sec area), just 3 minutes' walk to the Sant Antoni market, a large market selling primarily food products, a good place to wander around & overload your senses. There are many shops, cafés & restaurants in the area, including popular bars & theatre. Closeby is Parallel which is a busy thoroughfare during the day but quieter at night, and just a 15-20 minute walk to the main centre and Las Ramblas. This is a good choice if you want to be central but away from the crowds of tourists that populate more central areas.

The apartment is only 15 minutes' walk from Plaza Espanya which has event halls, 2 art museums & 'Poble Espanyol' which was built for the 1929 World Fair and is a 'village' constructed from different examples of Spanish regional architecture, and also not far is Plaza Catalunya which is the heart of Barcelona.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. Very clean, almost brand new furniture, IKEA stuff. Location is also good, very close to metro station and a typical Spanish 'mercat'. My only complaint were the towels. A set of 2 towels for 4 nights is in my opinion not enough. Besides that, the towels were brand new and therefore not 'working'. We couldn't dry ourselves after we took a shower, but there was a hairdryer ;-)

Apartment was great, and suited us perfectly. Everything was clean and in good condition. The property agent (I can\'t remember the name sorry!) was very helpful and friendly.

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
