Great apartment in a great location. Unfortunately, the hot water heater sprung a leak one night, but the owners were very quick to call maintenance the next morning. The location of this apt is ideal. It is within walking distance to so much. Plenty of dining options around. A delicious bakery downstairs and a convenient market half a block away. The apt is comfortable. I wish they would Keep up with the number of utensils as there are only two teaspoons. I think they should Keep this up to date. Showers are delicious. This apartment is in a good location; an easy walk to popular attractions. The Block of Discord is just two blocks away. It was clean and had everything needed; tiny bathroom. A large window shade in the main room was inoperable, and we couldn't get the dryer to work. We struggled to get the exterior door open using the key provided. Luckily, the 24-hour phone service helped with that. The apartment is a bit less charming than the photos indicate due to being inside-facing with dreary views. Overall a good stay- GREAT location and the patio.. WOW!!! I wouldn't consider this a "luxury" apartment, but it definitely has charm & character being 2 blocks away from Passeig de Gracia.. It would be nice to have a full size ironing board and an iron that gets hotter, but those are minor inconveniences. It was challenging finding the exterior building number and the 24 hour call line isnt exactly 24-hours (they defer you until office staff arrives during normal working hours).
