Great location and quick check in. Apartment was clean. Kitchen had basic equipment.

Excellent stay : Hearty welcome by Nuria, convenient location (10 mn walk to Sagrada Familila, in a quiet and safe neighborhood in my opinion) all conveniences nearby (grocery store, small restaurants, bakeries) . Apartment is very well equiped, very nicely and modernly done, mattresses new or very recent & very comfortable, beds made on arrival. Small inconvenient : maybe a bit dark & damp (3rd level). Personal tip : if you come by car : park in garage Carles and bring your bikes!

It is a very charming old and very spacious apartment very near the city centre, with a lot of authentic details in the decoration. Despite the central location it is very quiet at night and we could sleep very well; the beds are also comfortable. Some points of improvement: the kitchen equipment could be better: there was no kitchen towel, no colander, no scissors, no salt and pepper. Also, the hot water boiler was a bit small for six people and there was no wall bracket for the shower head. Habitat Apartments: Thank you very much for your stay & comments. El apartamento, en términos generales estuvo bien. Sin embargo, en las fotos se ve en mejor condición de la que realmente esta. algunas cortinas esta rotas, las paredes sin pintura y el closet del cuarto principal no funciona bien. Hay que resaltar el servicio de Habitats Apparments. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a solucionar los inconvenientes que se presenten en la marcha. En el futuro claro que reservare nuevamente con ellos, pero posiblemente otro apartamento.

El apartamento estaba demasiado bien. Definitivamente se ve como en las fotos. Mucho espacio, ubicación increíble. Perfecto para una familia grande. Solo dos cosas por mejorar. El colchón de la cama principal estaba un poco hundido y la ducha del segundo piso no tenia puerta lo que hacia la bañada muy complicada.

Un buen apartamento en líneas generales, muy colorido, con toques modernos, insonorizado... con las únicas contras del techo del salón y las escaleras del edificio.

Even though the apartment wasn’t quite as the as the pictures, t was spacious and comfortable. This apartment is not near tourist main attractions but nothing that transportation didn’t solved with plenty of taxis passing by in front of the apartment as well as buses and underground trains. We arrived early and they were gracious enough to let us put our luggage inside until the place was ready for us. If you are looking for a nice quiet place this is a great choice.
