We keep an eye on the details so that you can enjoy your holiday from the first moment on and feel like at home in our apartments. As well, we check regularly that everything in the apartment is in an optimal condition and in case not, our maintenance team will fix it immediately. This way you can be assured to receive the best customer service before and during your stay.

For many (but still not all) apartments in Barcelona we already grabbed the video camera to give you the possibility to go on a virtual walk through your future holiday apartment. We love to receive positive feedback, but equally we are pleased about suggestions and recommendations which we use to improve our apartments and services in order to provide a top quality service. In the review section of each apartment you won’t just find 10 points reviews, because we also publish the critical ones. We want you to get to know several opinions about the apartment you consider to book, because every guest experiences it in another way. Free cancellation before 30 days of your arrival
Your plans changed unexpectedly and you need to cancel or change your booking? That’s a shame, but for most of our apartments we offer free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. So don’t worry too much about it! You will find more information about the cancellation conditions in the `Conditions´ tab of each apartment.

During your stay
Most of our Check In’s take place directly in the apartments. We think that meeting guests in an office, giving them the keys and let them go alone to the apartment, is not a nice way to welcome them. Our representative will wait for you at the apartment, show you how and that everything works (keys, internet, TV, air condition etc.) and is also happy to answer any questions you might have regarding the apartment and the city. This way we can also make sure, that you get what you booked and nothing in the apartment is missing.
You are arriving late at night at the apartment or don’t want to get bothered with grocery shopping on your arrival day? Choose our Welcome Pack with some food basics or let us know what you would like to find in your kitchen upon arrival and we will take care of it (available in most of our apartments but not all of them).
24 hour service
We are always there if you need us during your stay – Monday to Sunday. You can’t connect anymore to the internet in the apartment? You lost the keys (hopefully not) or you have any other queries? Just give us a call at our 24 hours phone number and we will help you out.
To make the way from the airport to the apartment most comfortable and the easiest possible for our guests, we cooperate with a private transfer company with English speaking chauffeurs. Enjoy your holiday from the first moment on - no hassle in bus and tram. But in case you should decide for public transportation, we are also happy to help you with finding your way through the jungle of buses, Metros and trams.
Ever got lost in an unknown city? Well, we know this problem and especially the little alleys in the old centre of the Mediterranean cities can seem like a labyrinth sometimes. As our guest you will receive a detailed description of how to get to the apartment. But in case you get lost, you can always call our 24 hour contact number, which we send you with the confirmation of the booking and we will guide you to the apartment.
Towels and Sheets
If you would bring towels and sheets, most of the space in your suitcase would already be occupied with that. Don’t worry about it! The beds will be prepared and you will also find fresh and clean towels in your apartment. But, as everywhere, please bring beach towels with you.
We know it can be quite uncomfortable carrying cash around while traveling. Therefore we offer our guests to pay the outstanding amount on arrival either in cash or with credit card in most of our apartments.

Whenever possible, we try to give you the possibility to leave your luggage for a couple of hours more in the apartment after your Check Out, if needed. Unfortunately we cannot promise this, because it depends on the occupancy of the apartment on your exit day. But even if it’s not possible, there are many places to lock your luggage in our cities.
