Well located easy access to subway. Apartment is nice, has all the accommodations needed. Quiet sleeping. Bedrooms are all twin beds, shower leaks all over and lacks enough hot water for 2 consecutive showers. The location of the flat is just perfect! Metro station, shops, touristic spots, we loved it! The area is not noisy and not invaded by tourists, a real Spanish life. The building is nice and the flat big. It could have a better equipment. We missed some things that we considered essential. Dishcloth, a real coffee machine, a teaspoon. These are small things, but it would improve the stay. The informations at the arrival were few, especially about rubbish. Unfortunately it's not as friendly as expected. Problems at checkin, for us and for all that we have seen the few days we stayed there. Tey all had to wait usually in the street, in the cold, for someone to show up and make the check-in. Cleanliness was ok, not exceptional. You have to pay 300 euros extra (small print they call it!) for warranty. The still have not returned it. I wonder, why it takes 1 minute to take the money and 2 weeks (actually much more) to return it. H.A: the damage deposit is refund between 8-10 days after the check out. About the check in we regret our assistant delay, she was check some apartments at your arrival. Regards

Cool Jazz is a Great place for a decent price. Clean, with everything working and enough space for kids to make a mess :) The location is great - surrounded by all kinds of shops and tapas spots. Cool jazz's main advantage is its located by the metro station Sau Pau from where all the touristic spots are under 30 minutes away. Positive and helpful Front Desk was a big bonus in every aspect of the stay, H:A: Thank you very much for your comments.
