The apartment is quite close to metro station and one local market. There are also supermarkets nearby. We liked the internal heating system which is also quite good! One thing could be improved is that it seems that the room was cleaned after last guest leave instead of before our arrival. Anna is quite nice and helped to find WiFi password during evening. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks a lot! Habitat Apartments: Thank you for your useful comment, we will do our best to improve that.

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 22.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash

500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit : Cash

A damage deposit of 250 € in cash will be required.
500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00

For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Early check-out is possible from 00:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Early check-out is possible from 06:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Additional information

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

The Ninot Apartment, named after teh famous Ninot Market nearby, is located in the Eixample Izquierda quarter of Barcelona. This area contains some great marketplaces and some less well-known Modernista sights, however, there is still plenty going on.

There are two markets in this area, generally frequented by locals: the Ninot and the Mercat de Sant Antoni; the latter converts into a second-hand book market on Sunday mornings. There are endless restaurants and street cafes to relax in throughout the area, which is full of stunning modernist buildings adorned with intricate stone and iron facades.

Plaza Universitat - 0.846 km.
Plaza de la Universitat is one of Barcelona's central squares, split between the districts of Eixample and Ciutat Vella.
Casa Batlló - 1.084 km.
Casa Batlló, which is now owned by the Bernat family, the former owners of the Chupa Chups company, was built in 1877 and in the years 1904 to 1906 restored and remodeled by Antoni Gaudí and Josep Maria Jujol.
La Pedrera - 1.153 km.
La Pedrera, which is also known as Casa Milà became a World Heritage site by the UNESCO in 1984. This is the building Antoni Gaudi worked on, before he completely dedicated himself to the Sagrada Familia.

Area: Eixample

Barcelona’s most extensive and most populated area. A geometric grid which goes from the Gothic Quarter until Gracia. It lies on both sides of Passeig de Gracia. To make it easier, the Catalans divded the Eixample into the ‘Esquerra’ and ‘Dreta’ (meaning literally the left and right). It is an elegant residential and business centre by day and a quiet, calm place at night. The apartments Eixample Barcelona are traditionally decorated in Catalan bourgeoisie style and situated in characteristic elegant buildings.

Lovely apartment. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Good location. Ninot market currently closed for refurbishment but lots of shops and cafes nearby. Quiet at night.

The Ninot apartment was absolutely fabulous! We had a great time and situated just outside the centre was perfect for a good nights sleep and safe for travelling around as we were a group of girls. Very helpful on arrival, clear instructions, directions and general info on Barcelona. Overall a truely excellent stay and would definately recommend!

We had a very good stay in Barcelona in Ninot apartment! The rep that met us late on the evening of our arrival was very helpful and proff. We were very happy with the standard of the flat, and have already recommended your company to friends. One thing we thought of would be to have a little more info on the very excellent bus service available near the flat.

We stayed in Ninot apartment 31 May to 5 June 2010. It was better than expected! Very quiet in a wonderful area of Eixample, near the Metro, and a short walk to Passeig de Gracia. Walking in Barcelona is the way to see the city! Always felt safe walking. Recently renovated, with modern furnishings. Wonderful kitchen, with a plus. Water filter for drinking water, this was great, since we drink an abundance of water. Very pleasant and comfortable beds! Simona was fantastic, met us at apartment, and helped us with last minute booking! Also, made arrangements for taxi to cruise port for us. We will recommend to others for future stays in Barcelona.
