This Apartment is located just steps away from two World Heritage Sites, Hospital Sant Pau and 10 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia, offering an excellent area for enjoyment with family and friends, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants and bars characteristic of this city.

This apartment can accommodate up to six people, it has been decorated with special care to offer a comfortable stay.

It offers a comfortable living room with sofa bed, television and a small balcony, perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing. The apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with a single bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. It has two full bathrooms. The kitchen is very well furnished, providing everything necessary for a pleasant stay. This apartment also includes wifi connection for your comfort, air conditioning and heating.

Good flat well located. Well equipped. Everything is fine . You should have international TV for people who want to watch channels from France or else during their stay.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
