The Poblenou neighborhood is characterized by its past as an industrial neighborhood and its subsequent modernization to become, at present, the technological district of Barcelona. The technological activity of this neighborhood coexists with the neighborhood life of its inhabitants, which stands out for its family and dynamic spirit.

The Agbar Tower and the Design Museum are two of the most outstanding and most interesting buildings in the area, although it is also full of old industrial architecture buildings converted into museums, studios, spaces for art exhibitions, venues , etc. A good example of this is the Barcelona Digital Arts Center, just two minutes from the apartment.

The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, where you can enjoy not only the sea but also a delicious meal in the beach bars on the Paseo Marítimo or in the restaurants of the Olympic Port of Barcelona.

On the other hand, if we go into the neighborhood, just 10 minutes north of the apartment, we find the Rambla del Poblenou with a large number of local businesses, bars and restaurants; ideal for taking a walk after a day at the beach and dining on one of its many terraces. We recommend the bar-restaurant La Tertúlia, where you can find the best tapas on the rambla.

In the opposite direction, to the south, is located the Parque de la Ciudadela, the ideal place to take a break and rest under the shade of a tree. Inside you will find the Parliament of Catalonia and the Barcelona Zoo.

Easy access to public transport, with the “Llacuna” (L4) and “Marina” (L1) stations just 10 minutes from the apartment building, and the Rodalies RENFE “Arc de Triomf” train station and the regional bus station "Estació del Nord" just 15-20 minutes away.

Arrival and exit day

• Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).

• In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
