Casp74 Standard is a 60m2 fully equipped modern apartment with intricately detailed decoration and top-quality finishes. It is located in the heart of Eixample, just a few minutes' walk from the famous Arc De Triomf as well as Passeig De Gracia.

The apartment features 1 bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living-room and kitchen. In the living room there is a double sofa bed which means the apartment can comfortably hold 4 people.

Ideal for 2 adults with children or 4 adults.

Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash

500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit:

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 14:00 to 23:00

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

Casp74 Standard apartment is located in Casp Street in the elegant Eixample district, a 5-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.

The street next to the apartment offers some interesting restaurants as well as a variety of shops, grocery stores and a supermarket.

Close by you’ll also find Passeig de Gracia, the city’s most prestigious shopping street and home to two of Barcelona’s architectural gems: Casa Mila and Casa Batllo, both by Antoni Gaudi.
