Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 25% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 9.43% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Credit card

Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Credit card

A damage deposit of 500 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 23:00

Early check-in is possible from 12:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 € (subject to availability).
For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Late check-out is possible till 14:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Additional information

City tax : 5.0000% city tax will be added to the total price. Booking fee : A non-refundable 50 € fee will be added to the total of the stay after booking to cover administration costs.
