The following areas describe the major areas in which our apartments are situated. While the Gothic quarter and the Born area are right next to each other and the most centrally located ones, Eixample is the largest district in Barcelona.
If you are seeking an apartment close to the beach, you will find it in our section Beach, which contains apartments in Port Olimpic, Barceloneta and Diagonal Mar.

In the Barri Gotic, its Catalan name (Gothic Quarter), is no doubt the true heart of the city. Its labyrinth of winding streets and asymmetric squares goes from the famous Las Ramblas to the sea at ‘Drassanes’. Amongst the gothic architecture your senses will be stimulated by smells of different types of foods, beer and sites of street artists all making this area unforgettable.

The Born area is the fashionable area of Barcelona. Over few years this area, located between the Gothic Quarter, the sea and Ciutadella park, has rapidly become a the area to be with a fast pased & cosomopolitan atmosphere.

Barcelona’s most extensive, populated and largest area. A geometric grid which goes from the Gothic Quarter until Gracia. It lies on both sides of Passeig de Gracia. For ease, the Catalans divded the Eixample into the ‘Esquerra’ and ‘Dreta’ (meaning literally the left and right). This area is elegant, rich, residential, by day a lively business centre and by night mostly quiet and calm. The apartments Eixample Barcelona are traditionally dominated by the Catalan bourgeoisie with characteristic elegant buildings.

Gracia has a unique dimension, where time multiplies and space intertwines in the small semi-pedestrian streets and in the squares where the life in the neighborhood finds its most authentic expression.

Away from the crowded centre, the Poble Nou district is wonderfully located, overlooking the sea. Quiet and increasingly full of youth initiatives, is it an excellent starting point for visiting the city and staying near to the most beautiful beaches of Barcelona.

The largest district of Barcelona, the greenest one, occupies the southern part of town, overlooking the sea and gently dominates the view from the famous hill of Montjuic Barcelona. It is composed by several areas, all of them especially authentic: the industrial and port area of Marina, the Island of Museums around the Plaza de España, the pristine green of the hill, the succession of theaters and cafes in Poble Sec. Compared with its extension, is one of the least populated areas of Barcelona: the hill is mainly composed of green areas, and to find apartments Sants-Montjuic Barcelona must go down.

Sarria-Sant Gervasi occupies a large area in uptown: again this is a settlement that until the nineteenth century was a separate village. Even today the atmosphere is cozy. Peaceful, mainly residential, it extends up to Collserola between squares, gardens and elegant apartments Sarria-Sant Gervasi.

The symbol of this area are the two towers overlook the sea (the Mapfre Tower and Hotel Arts Tower), built for the 1992 Olympics, and the Golden Fish by Frank Gehry. The impressive architectural group is the entrance to the Olympic Port, drawing an imaginary journey from uptown to the sea. Wherever you are in the city, always know where the Olympic Vila, the Mecca of nightlife and trendy.
