    Excellent location in cool central area close to really good restaurants, cafes and the sites. Flat really clean and good quality. We were 2 friends so got a double bed each which was perfect. Bit of central city noise, but worth it for the location. Would definitely stay again.

    The apartment is in a fabulous, central location and is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is bright, clean and in excellent condition. The reservation and check-in process was easy and efficient. Honestly, we couldn\'t have been happier with our experience.

    Great location, very clean. Although I know you offer an arrival food package, it would be nice if salt, pepper, oil and vinegar were already in the apartment for those who don\'t wish to buythe entire package. Also paper towels.

    Very pleasant (and surprisinly spacious) apartment immediately off Gran Via (Calle Val Verde, albeit, not most inviting street)! But we lived with that! We stayed 3 nights and had dinner in the apartment on 2 of those (because of very late arrival on first night and work commitments on second) - could we have better range of utensils (and a kettle) next time. Checking in and out was effortless. Further plus was that no additional security deposit was required.

    Good apartment. Nice and calm situated at the back of the building. Well equipped and furnished. Very nicely situated in the heart of the town.

    The apartment was great! The location is very convinient and it can host 8 persons easily!!! We will definately going to rent it again!!! Thanks for everything. p.s. next time to be even better please provide a map of Amsterdam and have some carpets in the bathrooms :-)Overall great experience in a great free country!

    A great location away from the hustle of the city, but close enough to most areas of the city. The flat is really nice. The wireless was spotty, and the heating was a bit odd, but all in all a great place. Having a Habitat check-in in the airport made the experience much better.

    Warm welcome from lovely owners who were Australian/New zealanders which is a nice change. Sat down with us and took us through important info and good places to eat. The apartment was great. One of the few places wifi works well. My kids loved staying there because of the turtles. Recommended highly. Everything we needed. Close to Metro and supermarket too. The road to the station looks grim and dirty but half of Rome looks like that because of the graffitti..however it was fine and safe.

    Lovely contemporary serviced accommodation. Complex is only a few years old and very well maintained. Bus stop is 2 minutes away, with easy access to Metro, with about 4 stops to key tourist areas of Rome (Spanish Steps, etc). Located close to Vatican and lovely residential and shopping area around The Vatican. Not as manic or hectic as downtown Rome, so very peaceful at night. The location is not touristy, so shopping at the supermarket (10 min walk) and other shops, it is all locals. The owners are Aussie and so helpful and hospitable with information and assistance plus speak Italian! Will definitely stay again, next time! Recommend taking a day trip to the old towns of Bracciano (Lake district) and Anguilara (spelling is not correct), which is easily accessible from Aurelia Station, which is both Metro and Regional station, closest to apartments. In 40 minutes you are in the country and only a few Euros.

    Our second trip to Rome and we reaaly enjoyed staying at Appiano studio Apartment. As others have said, Kate and Sam, the owners, went above and beyond what one would expect. Recommended that we get a Roma pass which was very useful for our stay. They also recommended good grocery stores, restaurants, transportation, etc. Nice spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Would definately recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay. Orginally thought it was too far out of the city but found that between the bus stop and the metro stop we could get anywhere easily.

    These apartments are run by Sam and Kate who are the most friendly, obliging people you can come across. Everything was clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Best thing of all was the free parking on the street in front of the hotel - in the heart of Rome!! The location is quite special - one seems to be out of the hustle and bustle that is Rome, but you can literally walk to the Vatican from the hotel. Buses go past the hotel at the end of the street and it is 10 minutes walk to the underground train station. Unfortunately, we only had 4 days in Rome - not nearly enough for such a special city. There is so much to see and do that you really need at least a week - there is always next time! Just hope this hotel is still going strong as it will be the only choice for us.

    We arrived at the apartments and the Habitat rep met us and was very helpful with general information and the check in. The room was lovely and modern and clean. We saw a room owned by the apartment complex and thought ours was a lot nicer. We would definitely stay again especially as the location was fantastic. Only a 5 minute walk to the port.
