    Mar 1 is a lovely apartment in an ideal location in Barcelona. Close to the metro and easy walking distance to the centre of town (but much quiieter) and Gracie shopping. Only minor complaint-bed is the hardest I\'ve slept in! Plenty of local restaurants in the street below, sometimes noisy late night revellers. We were late on arrival because of travel disruptions in France and Habitat were very helpful in accommodating our change in plans. We loved Barcelona and hope we will be back.

    2nd time in Colom 1. Chosen due to the great location + spacious bedroom/sitting room. New wifi. Shower-room is tiny but adequate. Well-equipped kitchen. As well as the cafes, shops and restaurants literally on the doorstep, there is the indoor food market and the new Palau Gaudi within easy walking distance. Only negative - very noisy outside until 4am, even midweek, people having fun, not loud music, double glazing is useless. Best suited to people who want to experience the nightlife.

    The apartment is nice just the same as on the photo. It was clean and situated on the calm street. We found everything we need in the apartment. Also it has a good location close to L2 & L3 metro stations and not far from Rambla

    Excellent location.Some wear evident in apartment (kitchen appliances) and design problem with shower in bathroom causing excess water on floor and damage to cabinetry. / Thank you for your reviews. We have notify the maintenance personnel regarding the problems you have mentioned in order to improve the apartment in the future. Habitat Apartments team

    perfect location! best area in Barcelona, loved it. Apartment was very clean and bright, a good size for the area witha separate utility room and small kitchen. Good size fridge (if a bit drippy) and enjoyed using the coffee maker. Didn\'t use the cooking faclities so can\'t comment. Sound proofing above and below good but our neighbours in the next apaprtment could be heard flushing toilet etc. Only negatives were the bed ( a bit hard but we got used to it) and the shower - water pressure low.

    Very nice apartment. Great location. Generally clean and well maintained. Not enough hot water for shower however.
