    Sehr gute, zentrale Lage zwischen Zentrum (Sol), Chueca und Malasañas. Man ist mitten im Trubel und es ist trotzdem relativ ruhig. (Wer es ganz ruhig möchte, sollte lieber über ein anderes Reiseziel nachdenken.) ;-) Calle Fuencarral ist hier Fußgängerzone. Tolle Dachterrasse. Das Appartment ist in sehr gutem, renoviertem Zustand. Alles ist wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden. Einziges Manko könnte für manche das etwas unbequeme Bett sein. Wir kommen (hoffentlich) wieder.

    Although being located in the very center of Madrid, the flat is very calm. The price in relation to the facilities is OK too. We would recommend the flat to others.

    The apartment is in an excellent location. As for the quality the furnishing is pleasant but shows signs of wear and tear. The two single beds in the back are narrow and not of very good quality. An air-con would be an advantage in hot weather. I believe that it said that the apartment was of 120 sqm in size, that doesn\'t appear to be true. Apart from that Madrid made up for the shortfalls.

    Muy buena ubicación, el barrio es muy animado y cómodo, hemos pasado una linda estadía sin reclamos ni comentarios desfavorables. El departamento luce como se lo aprecia en las fotografías y volveríamos a alojarnos nuevamente en el en el futuro.

    Mooi appartement. Schitterende ligging (wel een beetje rumoerig) heel centraal, alles op wandelafstand te doen. Leuke smaakvolle inrichting.

    Small clean appartment. Just like the pictures. Great neighbourhood! Friendly staff. Just 1 negative point: street noise and thin walls.
