Das grosse und lichtdurchflutete Apartment "Tetuan" ist für jeden, der nach Barcelona kommen will eine gute Wahl. Das Apartment wurde kürzlich renoviert und modern und stilvoll ausgestattet und dekoriert. Es bietet 2 Wohnzimmer, Tv Satellit, Internet, gut ausgestattete Küche, 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 komplette Badezimmer. Dies ist die richtige Wahl für Familien oder Gruppen mit bis zu 8 Personen.

Das Apartment ist mit folgenden Annehmlichkeiten und Service ausgestattet:

  • 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppellatexbett (Bettgrösse: 160cm x 200cm)
  • 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzellatexbetten
  • 2 Wohnzimmer: eins mit Amerikanischer Küche und Essberich mit Schlafcouch, das andere mit Essbereich und Schlafcouch
  • 2 komplett ausgestattete Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC
  • 1 gut ausgestattete Küche im amerikanischen Stil mit allen notwendigen Geräten (Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mixer, Waschmaschine, Hinweis: es gibt keinen Wäschetrockner)
  • Terrasse (15m2) mit Tisch und Stühlen, sodass auch draussen gegessen werden kann
  • Klimaanlage, sowie Heizung vorhanden
  • ADSL Wi-Fi, mit Hochgeschwindigkeitsinternet (10mb)
  • Satellite TV
  • DVD mit USB Anschluss (eigenes Kabel muss mitgebracht werden)
  • Haartrockner
  • Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen
  • Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden
  • Babyreisebett und -hochstuhl
  • Parkplätze gegen Bezahlung vorhanden, Parkplatz ist drei Blöcke vom Apartment entfernt.

    What a lovely apartment, we enjoyed it so much that we left a free toiletry set & electric razor in one of the bathrooms! The guy who showed us round was really nice & funny, he couldn\'t resitst making a joke at the expense of the old-skool portable TV in the front lounge. Don\'t know much about the shops in the area but the beach is definitely a 20-minute walk away. Sssh, be quiet on the terrace at the back of the apartment!

      So many things - the location, the huge outdoor patio, the fabulous living space, the size of the apartment, the quality of the fittings and furniture, comfortable beds, the wonderful staff who greeted us and checked us out.

      The layout of the apartment worked well for a group, with separate living room areas and various washrooms. The location was excellent and very convenient. The welcome service for check-in was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. All in all an excellent stay in Barcelona!

      very nice apartment. Quite a noisy road from the front bedroom though, also, quite noisy neighbours upstairs. Very well positioned for walking into the main shopping areas, lots of usefull local shops and very clean. Had a fab stay, thank you!

      The neighbourhood, very close to a lot of interesting things in barcelona and close to the metro.

      The size of the Apartment was brilliant for a family of four with two teenage children and the air con was a must as the weather was hot and at the end of a busy day it was fabulous to walk into a cool spacious apartment. Would recommend the location it was perfect within walking distance of main city and also Metro nearby (the metro clean and fast). Spain won the world cup while we were there which was amazing!

      The area was very convenient. We enjoyed the terrasse very much. In all, it was a great experience. We had a problem with hot water and immediately after calling the matter was solved. That was excellent service! The kitchen was well equipped though no wine glasses. But, that is not really an issue.

      Good location for walking to many sites. Two common areas made six people much more workable in the space. Internet worked well.
    Lage dieses Apartments in Barcelona

    Gelegen in Plaza Tetuan in Eixample. Barcelonas Viertel Eixample aus dem 19Jh. ist der Geburtsort der Modernen Bewegung, dessen Anführer Antoni Gaudi war. Gaudis Werke können vom Apartment aus leicht erreicht werden: Sagrada familia, La Perdera und Casa Batllo. 

    Die Gegend biete viele Läden, Restaurants, Cafes und Bars…die schöne Paseo de Gracia und Nebenstrassen bieten viele Einkaufsläden, Theater, Cafes mit vielen Gästen, welche shoppen, relaxen und einen Drink mit Freunden oder Familie geniessen.
