Spacious & luminous apartment is a great choice for any guest coming to Barcelona. The apartment has been recently refurbished with modern and stylish decoration.

This apartment offer two living rooms/dining area, large 15m2 terrace, tv with satellite, Internet, well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms + 1 half bathroom (WC).

The perfect choice for families or groups of friends for up to 8 people.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

  • 2 double bedrooms with double latex beds (bed size 160cm x 200cm)
  • 1 twin bedroom with two single latex beds
  • Two living areas: one with American kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed and dining area, the other with dining area & sofa bed
  • 2 full Bathrooms with shower cubicle and toilet
  • 1 half bathroom (with toliet & hand basin)
  • A well-equipped American style kitchen with all mod cons (fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, washing machine, note: no clothes dryer). 
  • Large terrace (15m2) with table and chairs so you can enjoy dining al fresco (looks onto the building's interior side patio area / no sun)
  • Air conditioning & heating throughout
  • ADSL Wi-Fi, very high speed internet connection with 10 MEGABITES (may not be compatible with some computers)
  • Satellite TV
  • DVD with USB portal (guest must bring own cable)
  • Hairdryer
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Towels and bed linens are provided
  • Cot and baby´s folding high chair
  • Parking is available with this apartment, at extra cost (20 euros per day): parking space is approximately three blocks from the actual apartment.

    What a lovely apartment, we enjoyed it so much that we left a free toiletry set & electric razor in one of the bathrooms! The guy who showed us round was really nice & funny, he couldn\'t resitst making a joke at the expense of the old-skool portable TV in the front lounge. Don\'t know much about the shops in the area but the beach is definitely a 20-minute walk away. Sssh, be quiet on the terrace at the back of the apartment!

      So many things - the location, the huge outdoor patio, the fabulous living space, the size of the apartment, the quality of the fittings and furniture, comfortable beds, the wonderful staff who greeted us and checked us out.

      The layout of the apartment worked well for a group, with separate living room areas and various washrooms. The location was excellent and very convenient. The welcome service for check-in was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. All in all an excellent stay in Barcelona!

      very nice apartment. Quite a noisy road from the front bedroom though, also, quite noisy neighbours upstairs. Very well positioned for walking into the main shopping areas, lots of usefull local shops and very clean. Had a fab stay, thank you!

      The size of the Apartment was brilliant for a family of four with two teenage children and the air con was a must as the weather was hot and at the end of a busy day it was fabulous to walk into a cool spacious apartment. Would recommend the location it was perfect within walking distance of main city and also Metro nearby (the metro clean and fast). Spain won the world cup while we were there which was amazing!

      The area was very convenient. We enjoyed the terrasse very much. In all, it was a great experience. We had a problem with hot water and immediately after calling the matter was solved. That was excellent service! The kitchen was well equipped though no wine glasses. But, that is not really an issue.

      Good location for walking to many sites. Two common areas made six people much more workable in the space. Internet worked well.
    Location of this apartment in Barcelona

    Located in Plaza Tetuan in the Eixample area. Barcelona's 19th century Eixample district is the birth place of the Modernism movement where Antoni Gaudi is considered the leader. Gaudi's sites are all within easy reach of the apartment; Sagrada familia, La Perdera and Casa Batllo. 

    This area is full of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars…the chic Paseo de Gracia and side streets are lined with great stores, theatres, cafes with people everywhere, shopping, relaxing and enjoying an aperitif with friends and family…
