This studio apartment is located in the heart of Florence a few steps from Piazza Santa Croce. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a comfortable kitchen/dining area. It would be perfect for short term rental, for couple or students.
To accommodate larger groups, this holiday rental is located in the same building as our Pinzochere Michelangelo, Pinzochere Ground and Pinzochere apartments.
If not agreed differently during the booking, all customers staying for 8 or more nights will be responsible for paying bills (for water, electricity and gas), on top of the agreed rental rate, at the end of the stay. The meters will be controlled with the client during the check-in.

El apartamento esta renovado, pero esta en un edificio muy antiguo y es demasiado pequeño.
En mi opinión el precio fue demasiado caro.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 15% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 5 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 5 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Check-in
- From 12:00 to 19:00
- Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 19:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 10:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 2.5000 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 12 years.
