Beauty is subjective, but sometimes there is objective beauty. Oltrarno is objectively beautiful and magical, an area in Florence which mixes art with incredible landscaping and impressive views. Some of its plazas, Santo Spirito for instance, seem that they are suspended-in-time, far from the touristic noise of the historic city centre. The same goes for bars and restaurants, always special and welcoming, whether they’re trendy or not. It is undoubtedly locals´ preferable area to go out at night. Oltrarno is the ideal district for accommodation in Florence.

Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day
- Cash
- 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit
- No deposit is required for this apartment.
Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 14:00 to 19:00
- For check-in from 19:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out
- Before 10:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 2.5000 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 12 years.
