IMPORTANT: VACATION RENTAL ONLY
This apartment is rented exclusively for temporary stays for vacation, tourism, or leisure purposes. It may not be used as a primary residence or for any other purpose (work, academic, etc.).The booking will only be confirmed after approval of the documentation proving the vacation nature of the stay.
The maximum stay is 88 nights.
The apartment is located in rent-capped area.The owner has conditions of "Gran Tenedor" and apartment is for vacation purpose only. In this case the law 11/2025 of December 29, on measures in the field of housing and urban planning, does not apply.
Prior to final confirmation, we will request the following documents:
- Valid passport or ID document.
- Travel itinerary or transport tickets clearly showing entry and exit dates.
- Document proving sabbatical leave, unpaid leave, or sick leave (if applicable).
- Valid tourist visa (for non-EU residents, when required for stays of up to 3 months).
- Certificate of residence registration or document proving habitual residence in the city/country of origin.
- Recent bank statements demonstrating sufficient funds to cover the stay.
- Signed declaration by the guest (we will send it to you for completion and signature) expressly stating that the use of the apartment will be exclusively for vacation/tourist purposes and will not constitute their primary residence.

These measures allow us to strictly comply with current regulations on temporary rentals for uses other than housing.
Modern and bright, furnished apartment located in Eixample Barcelona. Ideal for couples, students, and travelers for medical treatments. Features 1 double bedroom, and an American style kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware. The living room is spacious and comfortable, it has a Smart TV and a dining table for 4. Also, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Internet.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Final cleaning: 125 euros.
- Weekly cleaning not included. Extra cleaning services can be coordinated.
IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
- 1-month stay: 50% of the month
- Stay 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months
The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 300eur/month is payable by the tenant.
Note: A rental contract is mandatory to be signed before the check-in.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 15:00 to 21:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
