Have used this company for a long time now and have had no major problems. Good value for money. The cleaning company are external and although this is fine caused confusion when I tried to reorgnaise this ( due to illness) as I didn\'t know they were external. Perhaps habitat could be more clear about this to avoid confusion in future! / Habitat comments: thank you for your review. Since 1 month, the external company does our cleaning. They have a tight schedule in busy weeks, therefore it is sometimes difficult to rearrange the cleaning. We are sorry about this confusion.

The apartment was clean and it corresponded exactly to what shown in the advertising. The position is really good for visiting the entire city. Check-in was organised very well and personnel was kind and friendly. Thank you guys for yr. support !!!!

Very good in general but some times during a bath the water gets cold an we think it would be better if there was an extra mirror in the house, not only the bathroom one! Habitat apartments: Thanks for your comment and advice, we'll consider a second mirror in this apartment.

TV never worked, mold on wall,other than those things, we thought the place was great for us // HABITAT COMMENTS: Than you for your feedback. The television now works.

Excellent location and comfy apartment. Two lifts available to ferry pram up and down. Very kind staff that quickly responds to mail/queries. Would return again.

Great apartment in great location. Apartment has all necessary equipment for a stay in Barcelona. Excellent shower. Area within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Metro also close by. Lots of lovely bars, cafes and shops nearby.

This is are second time in these apartments and we are pleased with them. Only thing is the drilling and the knocking down stairs early in the morning and late at night. But Habitat were very good replying to are email. Also there was no late check out. so it was a long day when there was no where to leave your cases when you have a late flight. Other than that are stay was fine. These apartments are really nice.

Princesa 3 is in a perfect location to enjoy Barcelona and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is down a narrow pedestrian steet very close to many bars and restaurants, with a grocery store just around the corner. Santa Maria Del Mar and the Picasso museum are just around the corner, the metro (Jaume) and Barri Gottic are very close. We enjoyed our stay and will use Habitat when we return to Barcelona.

Very good apartment! It is one big room. But the room was split in a sleeping part (no window) and a room/ kitchen (one windowdoor). Enough space for 2 persons but for three persons little privacy. Very narrow street makes the apartment dark but no cars in the sytreet and the location was excellent (Picasso museum around the corner). The watercooker was not working properly but was directly renewed aftre a telephone call. Two (old) towels a person for a whole week was not very much. Everything was clean and the double bed was very good. The building has a doorman on working days. We had a very nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Princesa apartment. It was quite dark as well but we understand it is because of the architecture of the area. It was a real pleasure to stay at this apartment and spend our holiday with Habitat apartments.

The boiler is leaking and drops water of about 4 liters a day, need urgent repair. Some pictures were removed from wall with trace. Habitat Apartments: the boiler has since been replaced so now there is no problem with leakages!

Perfect location minutes away from the square and in the middle of Barcelonetta and la Rambla. Perfect service on arrival and quick response with inquiries. I'd rent again without any fear.

Overall, staying with Habitat was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend it for people who are more independent travelers. We didn\'t have a European mobile phone, which made contacting Habitat more difficult during our stay when the internet failed. The hot water tank provides around 5 minutes of continuous shower time, requiring close to one hour to reheat. A portable electric space heater is the only heat source - it does get cold in Barcelona. NOTE: New air con / heater has since been installed which heats the apartment very well - Habitat Apartments.

Always enjoy staying here - good apartment, well-equipped, great neighborhood. I have only two wishes: stronger internet connection; and more hot water so that we wouldn\'t have to wait 1/2 hour between showers.

the booking process online was done with ease. We found it a little hard to find the apartment with no help from our taxi driver but worked it out in the end. The apartment was well located. We would stay again.. thanks

The apartment was great - for two people! Very clean and very well equiped. The location is absolutely central and very closed to everything. The staff is very cooperative. We only have to note a few little issues like the bed which is a little too small and the very noisy elevator... Apart from that we loved princesa 3!

Nice apartment and would definitely recommend to others for 2 people. Definitely in the best location - would happily stay in this apartment block again! Service was great too and Laura was very helpful with questions.!
ps - i have booked with HA many times, and would not book anywehre else! Very helpful, safe and trustworthy!

very good location - close to everything including shops, transport, etc. The decoration & style is shown exactly as online. We had everything we needed in terms of amenities but could with more cleaning supplies to use. Price was reasonable but could be lowered for longer stays.It would be nice to have more English channels like Sky or CNN. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we hope to return soon!

Simple, clean and nice apartment, but in need of some maintenance. The location is perfect (El Born - in a quiet street). Furniture is modern 'Ikea'. Not soundproof as you can hear the lift, talking from other apartments. The price is right for the apartment.

Thank you, we had a great time in Barcelona & really enjoyed our stay in the Princesa 3 apartment. The apartment was very good value, in a great location & was very clean & had everything we needed. The directions you emailed us were perfect. We will hopefully going back to Barcelona again. We will definitely be staying with yourselves & will recommend to all our friends & family.
