The apartment stood well up to our expectations, was fairly spacious for a couple (would not recommend it for 3), modern and clean.
Aircond was out of order but there were two electric radiators available, which compensated OK.
The kitchen is rather small, OK for breakfast, not too comfortable for preparing larger meals. The double bed is 190X140, therefore quite small.
On the cons, the ony window gives on a narrow street, so forget to see the sky or the sun... Also it was smelling bad at times. Habitat apartments: Thank you for your comment, we apoligise for your dissatisfaction. We will let someone check the air-conditioning.

Ich würde das Apartment deshalb nicht noch einmal mieten, da die Räume wenig Tageslicht haben.

nice apartment in a very convenient location. Could use a little bit of updating
on the furniture, bedding and towels, but a good value
overall.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Check-in
- From 11:00 to 02:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
