Super Lage, sauber, alles instand und keine Mängel :) geräumig und ruhig.. Sind sehr zufrieden
Great place - near Zoo and other places, clean, everything works, big Apartment (enough space), quiet - we are happy

A very nice appartment in a A-class neighbourhood.
From the appartment every major hotspot is in walking distance.
Appartment is spacy and nicely designed.
One thing to mention is that the doors can not be closed, and bedrooms are not completely private, due to glass wall (important to know for some parties).
Furthermore I would book it again, without a doubt!
Negative thing is that the airco did not function, and the repair which was promissed to us, never happend. //Habitat Apartments: Thank you for your comments, the problem with the air conditioning will be resolved. We are sorry that it could not be fixed during your stay.//

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00 to 02:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
