THE APARTMENT IS FOR A MINIMUM STAY OF 31 NIGHTS (Only available for monthly rentals). This 1 bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, just minutes from Las Ramblas and the beautiful Plaza Real. It features one bedroom, one bathroom and a lovely balcony.
The apartment also offers 1 master bedroom with twin beds placed together and a comfortable double sofa bed for two people, fully equipped kitchen and light living room.
It is perfect for a group of friends as there are 4 other similar apartments in the same building.

Realy nice place , ideal for a couple or a single person , modern clean and bright . Bars shops and restraunts all in walking distance and also plaza rayal and la ramblas. Great place would recommend and deffinatly return. Thankyou habitat apartments.

Great location. Bit noisy with nightclub downstairs. Comfortable apartment with all mod cons. Sofa bed not in proper working order which was disappointing. Very understanding and helpful on check in considering we were quite late due to getting lost.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Check-in
- From 11:00 to 21:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
