THE APARTMENT IS FOR A MINIMUM STAY OF 31 NIGHTS (Only available for monthly rentals). This 1 bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, just minutes from Las Ramblas and the beautiful Plaza Real. It features one bedroom, one bathroom and a lovely balcony.
The apartment also offers 1 master bedroom with twin beds placed together and a comfortable double sofa bed for two people, fully equipped kitchen and light living room.
It is perfect for a group of friends as there are 4 other similar apartments in the same building.
Additional Information:
- There are few stairs before reaching the elevator
- Parties in the apartment are strictly not allowed
- It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) during the whole stay.

Stayed in this beautiful apartment for more than 2 months and the location is just amazing. There is a major issue though with the Wifi, it's almost inexistant. Works only 20% of the time. Other than that, I would definitely book again-

We stayed as a couple with an 8 month old baby in Oct.
The positives
Apartment was spotless on arrival
Location can\'t be faulted
Apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we needed
Quieter than expected in the evenings
Negatives
Difficult to find
Shower not the best, the head kept dropping
Air conditioning didn\'t work Habitat comments: Thank you for your remarks, we did the necessary measures to fix the air-conditioning.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Check-in

- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).

- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
