As a group of four girls in our mid 20s, we were looking for a base from which to explore the city and the beaches, but also a homely space we could cook dinner sometimes and drink sangria on a terrace. The Mistral apartment perfectly fitted the bill - spotless, modern, nice touches (welcome pack with tea/coffee/olive oil and an espresso machine!) and a spacious terrace. It was also only a stones throw from the best beach in Barcelona. I'm the evenings we could stroll down the beach all the way into the centre of town, which is absolutely buzzing with great places to eat and drink. The service from the apartment management was flawless - the window blind got stuck on the first day, and within an hour someone had come out to fix it and apologise! Only downsize - could be a bit bigger, but it was excellent value and did the job for us, and most apartments in Barca are small. Thank you!

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 15:00 to 21:00
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 85 €.
Check-out
- Before 10:30
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:30 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Early check-out is possible from 08:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
Booking Fee
- A non-refundable 12.39 € fee will be added to the total of the stay after booking to cover administration costs.
