Mar Studio, with an area of 40m2, is equipped with everything you need. The space is organized very well; it features a cosy double bed, one sofa bed for 2, a dining table suitable for 4 people, a well equipped kitchen and one complete bathroom.
The decoration gives a Mediterranean atmosphere to the apartment that will make your stay even more homely.
In Mar Studio, you can have a relaxed stay in Barcelona enjoying the beach life.

An estimated minimum cost is 150 eur/month. This payment must be paid with the monthly rent.
At the beginning and the end of your stay, we will take a reading of the relevant meters. If there is excessive use of any of the utilities, you will be advised of the difference in cost which should be paid at the earliest opportunity.

Barceloneta is a must see during your stay in Barcelona. This area maintains its charm during the summer season as well as the winter. Always busy, Barceloneta is Barcelona’s most well-known beach, charaterised by its bars, sea-food restaurants, tourists and locals passing by the seaside. On the small streets near the sea, you can observe typical fishermen homes. Those apartment buildings are low with typical maritime architecture, adding to the bohemian spirit of the area.

This was a great location; easy walk to the beach, metro and most points of interest in the city. My only complaint is that the shower was comically small. The apartment was very clean and well stocked.

Love the neighborhood. Nice, clean apt. Good value for the rate. Only problem was that there were no linens on the first night for the fold-out cot for my son and the fold-out cot didn't work right ... he slept all five nights on a lopsided cot and then we couldn't put it back together. Also, there was no top sheet for my bed (beneath the duvet).

Super accueil le jour de notre arrivée.
L'appartement est très bien situé. Près du métro et des bus. Petit mais très bien agencé et il ne manquait rien.
Petit bémol pour l'insonorisation ...

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 4 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit
- No deposit is required for this apartment.
Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00 to 21:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
