Mar Studio, with an area of 40m2, is equipped with everything you need. The space is organized very well; it features a cosy double bed, one sofa bed for 2, a dining table suitable for 4 people, a well equipped kitchen and one complete bathroom.
The decoration gives a Mediterranean atmosphere to the apartment that will make your stay even more homely.
In Mar Studio, you can have a relaxed stay in Barcelona enjoying the beach life.

IMPORTANT ABOUT DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
- 1 month of rent - 50% of the amount of the month
- From 2 months to 4 moths - 1 month deposit
- 5 or more months - 2 month deposit.

The Bills are NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the property.
An estimated minimum cost is 150 eur/month. This payment must be paid with the monthly rent.
At the beginning and the end of your stay, we will take a reading of the relevant meters. If there is excessive use of any of the utilities, you will be advised of the difference in cost which should be paid at the earliest opportunity.

Barceloneta is a must see during your stay in Barcelona. This area maintains its charm during the summer season as well as the winter. Always busy, Barceloneta is Barcelona’s most well-known beach, charaterised by its bars, sea-food restaurants, tourists and locals passing by the seaside. On the small streets near the sea, you can observe typical fishermen homes. Those apartment buildings are low with typical maritime architecture, adding to the bohemian spirit of the area.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Barcelona. Very close to the metro and bus stop. Representative gave us lots of information on the area. The apartment was on the 4th floor so it was quite a climb as there was no elevator. . A few bigger glasses to drink from would be useful. Perfect for a short stay and nicely located. Thank you for a lovely stay-

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 4 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day
- Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit
- No deposit is required for this apartment.
Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00 to 21:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
