Mar Studio, with an area of 40m2, is equipped with everything you need. The space is organized very well; it features a cosy double bed, a dining table suitable for 4 people, a well equipped kitchen and one complete bathroom. The studio also has a lovely natural light all over the place.
The decoration gives a Mediterranean atmosphere to the apartment that will make your stay even more homely.
In Mar Studio, you can have a relaxed stay in Barcelona enjoying the beach life.
Note: This apartment has no sofa bed.
Conditions - DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNTS:
- 1 month stay: 50% of the month.
- 2 to 4 months stay: 1 month.
- 5+ months stay: 2 months.

The Bills are NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the property.
An estimated minimum cost is 150 eur/month. This payment must be paid with the monthly rent.
At the beginning and the end of your stay we will take reading of the relevant meters. If there is excessive use of any of the utilities, you will be advised of the difference in cost which should be paid at earliest opportunity.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 4 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Check-in
- From 11:00 to 21:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
