Letting us check in prior to 3 p.m. when we arrived was extremely helpful and saved us walking around the city with all of our luggage and two kids. Marc the greeter was extremely helpful giving us lots of hints and tips on negotiating the city and where to go he was a credit to your company.

Service was fine, no reception but friendly staff. The apartment had good facilities. Location was good, close to Poble nou metro stop. We attended Primavera Sound festival in Parc del Forum, which was close enough to walk.
For a group of 6 friends (3 couples) on a small (not minimal) budget, I can't think of a better accommodation.

Very clean tidy apartment, comfortable & well fitted out. Location was not bad. 5 mins to Metro & beach. Pleasant local bars and restuarants within a 5 min radius and much cheaper than going into town.
Habitat staff really nice & helpful. I have been to Barcelona many times and this was one of the best !!

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit

- A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.

- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
