Key Information for Your Stay
Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards.
During reception hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM): Check in at reception, leave luggage, and collect your keys if you arrive before 3:00 PM
Outside reception hours: Self-check-in is available. To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send.

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges). 

Once completed, you’ll receive codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance.
Keys are collected from the Cool Jazz building next door to Hot Jazz.

Check-out: Strictly 11:00 AM.
Please take out trash, leave keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you.
Please leave the apartment in an adequate condition after your checkout
