We had a nice stay in our 2 bedroom apartment. Only the smell in the bathroom was disgusting, also after we had called therefore.
In the night it was sometimes yery loud from the outside, but I think, that is the price of the central location.
Habitat comments: We are pleased to read that you enjoyed the location and the apartment. We apologize for the noise from the street, indeed it is a central location and the noise is an element we cannot really control. We hope it didn't disturb too much your stay in the apartment. Your recommendations about the smell will be used to improve this apartment and transmited to the person responsible of the maintenance in order to avoid a similar situation in the future. Characterful apartment with two huge adjoining bedrooms both with very large beds. Well equipped, small kitchen and one bathroom. No living/dining area. The entrance is awful and there are a lot of stairs but don\'t be put off! Location is fantastic, but there is a price to pay for being just off the main thoroughfare. It is noisy at night! Had a great stay, though, and would return.

Très bonne situation pour cet appartement. Idéal pour visiter le meilleur quartier de la ville à pied.. insonorisation inexistante et eau chaude variable mais cela va avec le charme des immeubles anciens...

Well located apartment, clean with good facilities for a short stay.
We were greeted by the very helpful, friendly and welcoming Mieria, who is clearly a good ambassador for Ferran Suites.
Only slight downside was late night noise on the street.
Otherwise excellent value.

The Apartment was very nice, just like we expected due to the description and the pictures. The Location was perfect, amidst the impressive old town, which is also good for shopping, and 10 minutes on foot to the Placa Catalunya. from where you can reach many attractions on foot or bus or metro. The Apartment was clean an the check-in representative were really nice, we get good tips for Barcelona (where we can eat ...).

Great apartment in a very central location. Easy to walk everywhere. Would recommend the apartmentt for a short stay in Barcelona. Habitat were really good to deal with, sorted out a small problem immediately. As the apartment is right in the heart of the old town it can become very noisy during the night, however this is the price you pay for bing so centrally located.

The apartment is a wee bit tired looking but for all the time we spent in it it wasn\'t an issue. It was clean warm and comfortable. It was a great location and yes it was a bit noisy. Surrounding bars and restaurants were very good. The entrance is a bit intimidating and be careful on the stairs.

A great small apartment in a very central location. I fell in love with the tiled floor, but the rest of the apartment was lovely too . The fittings are showing a little wear and tear, but everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is well-equipped kitchen and the beds comfortable. It could be a little noisy at night, but given the location, we expected this.
Check in was late, but we weren\'t too stressed out about it.

Excellent location and on the whole a well equipped apartment. Habitat were excellent in providing a new highchair as the one upon arrival was not safe. The only downside was it can be noisy at night as it is so central. Also we chose this apartment as it had satelite tv however very few channels are in english and the ones that are tend to be music and news - with 2 very young children it would have been nice to have had the option of watching something in the evening/for the children.

Having lived in Barcelona 10 years ago it was a thrill to stay in Ferran 1 Apartment in the center of Barcelona. The Apartment was charming, well equipped, clean and nicely funitured. It felt homely and the street was calm at night. Great place with children too.The service from Habitat Apartments was professional and serviceminded. We will definetly use this great apartment again!

We were extremely happy with our stay at Ferran 1. The apartment was exactly as advertised: charming, spacious, and clean. Habitat arrived early to check us in and was very responsive with questions. The location was central, accessible, and fun. We would stay there again.

Beautiful apartment in the best location. Comfortable bed\'s , cosy and warm decoration. All the nessesary aquipment . The staf was helpful with everything we needed : more heaters, wifi problem etc. ( everything was taking care immediately ) we enjoy the city, and the apartment very much!!

Great apartment, spacious, clean, very nice indeed, excellent location and would very much like to stay here again - really loved it. Small things - no wine glasses, lousy corkscrew, icebox was so full of ice the door would not close, not enough teatowels or towels. A few things like pepper and salt, maybe some long-life milk, coffee etc - just a few little things to welcome one would have been great. An extra blanket. Apart from that was great. Habitat Apartments: we will take note, just mention there's a Welcome Pack for 25 euros that includes milk, coffee...

For us it was a little noisy from 1 to 4 am most nights that\'s why we would try another location.
Maybe be able to explain that this apartment is located on the 3rd floor (for Americans).
Felt very safe and you repaired the wifi quickly.

This apartment is in the perfect location for everything. In the Gotic quarter allowing amazing food choices all hours of the day, shopping is unlimited, beach within 10 min walk. Everything we did was within walking distance including olympic stadium if you are adventurous & up for a great walk through city!
The only complaints we had was the shower was terrible. The head needed repairs & the curtain was too short which allowed the bathroom to become extremely wet. (Habitat Apartments' reply: We are sorry for the dissatisfaction with the shower. We have noted this to be resolved. Thank you!).

The appartmentis well located near the Opera \"Liceu\". Furniture and decoration are simple, but elegant. The matrasses are in a good state. The quarter is really fun - lots of restaurants and bars to go very close. The only negative points were the fact that there are no international stations on the TV (who needs that anyway) and the appartment is a little dark (1st floor, very narrow street).

Ferran 1 is a lovely large apartment, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all utensils required. It is close by to an ATM, internet cafe, shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Overall it is a good apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and the apartment was perfect for our needs.The location was excellent and Esperanta make us feel very wecome on our arrival.If we return to your city we would definitely book this apartment again with Habitat,i would have noreaervations about recommending these apts to my family and friends.

We were very happy with the apartment and the service received throughout the booking process. There was a small misunderstanding where we arrived about half an hour earlier than expected, but your representative was not long in arriving when told we were outside.
The apartment was exactly as per the description and photographs and we were very comfortable. I have had major surgery on my back previously and often suffer from backache in beds other than my own. The bed was great, no backache at all.</p>
Both my son and enjoyed the apartment and the city. The location was great, far enough away from the Ramblas for us not to be disturbed but close enough to almost everywhere we wanted to go and the Metro was very convenient where we needed it.
