El alojamiento es tal cual a las fotos. Precioso piso, luminoso y buena ubicación. Lo unico que no me ha gustado es que según el anfitrión se había pactado el servicio de limpieza por dos días cuando en realidad no fue así. No tengo por escrito nada de lo acordado y el precio pagado es el que me figuró cuando reservé el piso. Cuando he llamado, de hecho me dijeron que eso lo arreglaríamos luego. Creo que eso igual no impide ir al piso pero sí pactarlo al inicio.

This apartment was clean, spacious & well located. The windows opened to the sun & the view was interesting! The couch could have been more comfortable & the curtains were difficult to manoeuvre at times. The apartment was very secure but the safety box was difficult to open & close. Wifi problems were quickly addressed by management. The lift worked well during our stay.

Appartement excentré, dans le bon sens du terme, cad hors du brouhaha des Ramblas mais avec toutes les commodités à proximité (petits supermarchés, boulangerie au pied de l\'immeuble, restaurants et bars à foison). Métro Poble Sec ou San Antoni dans les parages.
L\'appartement ne donne pas sur la rue mais sur l\'arrière du bâtiment ce qui vous garantit des nuits calmes :-).
L\'équipement de la cuisine est minimal mais suffisant pour un cours séjour.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
