Siamo stati una settimana nel periodo di Capodanno, nell\'appartamento Comtal 51. I nostri due figli hanno dormito nel divano letto del soggiorno. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La zona non è turistica e quindi è tranquilla e silenziosa. Comunque il centro è raggiungibile a piedi, così come la zona dell\'esposizione ai piedi del Montjuic.
L\'appartamento è confortevole, corrisponde alle foto e noi siamo stati proprio bene.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
