I have stayed a week in the comtal apartment one week. The apartment looked absolutely stunning, like showed on the pictures and what\'s important - extremly clean.
The location of the flat was exactly how we wanted, between shops, small cafes and restaurants, not too far not too close to the city central but still on the walking distance.
I can truly recommend the Comtal 41 and Habitat apartments company. Thank you!

The apartment is modern, conveniently located and clean. However the terrace is abolutely not what you would expect as it is facing inside, there is absolutely no privacy and it\'s just usably as an outdoor smoking area.
Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit

- A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
