Somewhat smaller than the images but very comfortable, convenient and good value. Needs a new shower curtain which was too short!!

The apartment is situated in a nice part f city, 10-15 min from Place Catalonia by foot an it was a very good advantage of apartment.
The apartment was clean enough, the second double room is small and has a small window behind the elevator and this was the only disadvantage and at night it was hot and could not let window open, because of insects and noise of elevator.
The other room was perfect and sofa bed was fine for two children.

Excellent location close to Metro and trainstation; short walking distance to center.
Very pleasant stay with four people. Would go here again.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- A damage deposit of 250 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.

- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
Check-out

- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

City tax
- 10.4500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
