El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, ubicado en un buen barrio, cercano a pie a muchos lugares de interés y del metro. Al hacer el check in por la tarde el departamento no estaba limpio, aun estaban haciendo el aseo, lo cual fue muy desagradable. Además el servicio de limpieza traspasaba los horarios acordados, a veces usaban trapos viejos, dejando olor a humedad. La limpieza de la loza de la cocina no era el adecuado. Habitat comment: Estimada Barbara, ante todo le agradecemos el tiempo por habernos hecho llegar sus comentarios. Tanto la limpieza como la calidad de nuestros servicios es muy importante para nosotros, tenga por seguro que su comentario será tomado en cuenta para que este incidente no vuelva a ocurrir. Lamentamos la molestia ocasionada y esperamos tener la oportunidad de poder alojarle de nuevo.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day
- Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit
- No deposit is required for this apartment.
Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00 to 21:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
