Perfect stay, ideally situated, clean, confortable
I was a bit affraid sith comments posted about people claiming it was dirty or they had to wait hours to get the keys but nothing like this happened although my flight was postponed twice;
I just contactes the host and they showed up right upon my arrival - Habitat Apartments reply:

Perfect location, nicely equiped for everything you need. The oven is not functioning if there is something else plugged in the kitchen and the stove is heating things up so slow. But those two things are a minor flaws in compare to nice welcome from the stuff and perfect spot to enjoy the
Barcelona the most!

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 4 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

- A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00 to 21:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
