An amazing apartment in the Eixample neighborhood central to many activities. There are abundant cafes and restaurants up and down the street. The Habitat team exceeded our expectations ensuring the space was clean, and ready for arrival. Appreciate Juan meeting us and providing a detailed check-in along with explaining the ample amenities. The posted instructions throughout the apartment are helpful to travelers unfamiliar with European homes. We would gladly return to this apartment again.-

Lovely apartment. Great location. We enjoyed spending time in the small balcony overlooking the shops and restaurants. Aside from a couple of nights that were noisy from the street and the apartment above there were no issues. Ear plugs were helpful.

O apartamento é adequado para 4 pessoas. A localização é excelente, permitindo a deslocação a pé para todo o lado. Ficámos satisfeitos com a estadia, contudo anotamos a observação de que uma máquina de café (uma vez que até disponibilizam cápsulas) daria muito jeito.-

My husband and I loved the apartment. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had the necessities, and the combo washer/dryer was useful. The balcony was wonderful for sitting out in the morning and at night, and the building common areas were well maintained. The location was perfect, with a supermarket on the corner and lots of restaurants on the street itself and in the area. Walking distance to the Ramblas and Modernisme buildings for sightseeing. Check-in was easy.-

An excellent location and very good value. The apartment served all our needs and was a good base for us to go exploring and fulfilling our itinerary. The bars and quality restaurants were numerous and started within a few metres of the apartment - almost too much choice. The La Rambla Catalunya starts a couple of streets away. The apartment is as shown in the photograph but feels much darker and smaller when you walk in. It was a perfect size for the two of us and would happily return there.

The apartment was in a good condition, good located and the Check in was very easy and friendly!
Very clean and modern bathroom!
The only thing that could be a little bit better is the bed, maybe a new mattress would help.
We had a great stay in Barcelona! Thank you!

Our experience here was great! The apartment is very tidy and cute and is located right in the city just a few minutes walk from basically everything. The trip went very smoothly and we had no issues with the apartment. Would stay here again.

very good located apartment, kitchen is perfect stuffed and the rooms are tastful designed. We lived at the first floor and suffered for quite loud noices from the street. It was impossible to open the window at night. 20€ for \"late check in\" at 9pm is to expensive and actually not usual. Also we had to pay the full price immediatly after booking 10 weeks before arrivel. Is this normal? Habitat comments: Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry for the noise that we can´t influence unfortunately. Concerning the payment, since you made the reservations with non-refundable rate, the conditions say to pay the whole amount in advance. We hope we can welcome you back in the future.

The location and general condition of the apartment are terrific. A few minor improvements would be helpful, given the cost of the property. The kitchen could use salt and pepper, an extra tea-cloth, a tea pot.... The bathroom soap and toilet paper provided are inadequate for a stay of over 3 or 4 days--extra provisions would be appreciated. But we certainly enjoyed our stay.
Habitat comments: Many thanks for your suggestions about the kitchen supplies, we will try to take them into account to improve our service for the future. According to the toilet paper and bathroom soap, we provide samples to start the stay, the welcome amenities include only 1-2 paper toilet, then the rest has to be provided by the guest. However, we are pleased to see that you enjoyed your stay with us.

The location of this appartement is perfect. You can reach the main place Catalunya by walk in 10 minutes. Nice restaurants, Bars and also a 24h supermarked are around the corner. All in all the appartement was clean (but not 100%) and nice but the windows are not soundproof. This means in a city like Barcelona who never sleep it\'s always relative loud (u.a. a lot of loud building works during our stay). Anyway, we had a great time and can fully recommend this appartement. (Young couple-30years)

The Boulevard 1 apartment was clean and modern. The location was convenient and quiet. The bed was reasonably new and comfortable. The neighbourhood is safe and offers many small restaurants. A cafe and market are right on the corner. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. Thank you

Good position. Nice apartament , a little bit run down. Perfect heating. Nice reception. But for a 4 days stay they left only a pair of bath towel and a small amount of toilet paper. In the fridge nothing even a bottle of water.

A lovely apartment in a good location Between the university and Avenue Diagonal. Lovely small shops around and great bars and restaurants in all directions.While the city of Barcelona buzzes around with lots of traffic, this apartment is in a mainly pedestrian street so traffic not quite as loud as on other streets.
The bedroom was excellent but the sofa bed in living area a bit limiting if 2 adults were to use it..

Loved the apartment, it was clean, bright, well furnished and had everything we needed. The balcony was an especially nice touch. The kitchen and bathroom were compact but very well equipped. The building itself was very beautiful and in a lovely area. Hope to be back soon!

My husband and I loved the apartment. It really couldn\'t have been in a better location. We mainly walked every where we went but we do like to walk. We didn\'t use the kitchen much because there were so many good reasonable places nearby to eat.
Once we got the key and instructions from the host we were on our own. We had his phone # but an email address would have been better since our cell phones are useless abroad.

Nice location for exploring Barcelona. Street is lovely and narrow and having the street trees right outside the windows adds to the ambience of the apartment. But street is very noisy at night, all night long. Motorcycles, people leaving the bars nearby. And the windows are not double glazed so the bedroom is loud all night. The wifi is terribly slow - it was too frustrating to use so we just relied on our cell phone. / Habitat comments: Thank you for your review. We are sorry about the noise and hope it was not too disturbing. Also, we will take a look at the wi-fi to make the connection faster.

Très bon séjour au boulevard 1. Très bien situé, dans un immeuble de standing proche du passeig de gracia, quelques restos mais fermés la nuit donc peu de bruit. Propre, bien équipé, il ne manque qu\'un miroir de pied dans la chambre.
Accueil agréable, rapport qualité prix très correct.

Excellent location, on the smaller side but is good for 2-3 people, the photos on the website give you a very accurate view, please add another hook or two for towels near the shower. Emplacement idéal. Plusieurs bons restos et cafés sur la même rue. Appartement impeccable et très bien équipé. Seul problème : le bruit durant la nuit .
