appartement situé pas très loin de la plage terrasse agréable pour profiter de ses soirées appartement spacieux avec 2 salles de bain, bien pratique accueil par cécilia très bien

Appartamento bellissimo, moderno, climatizzato e equipaggiato. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Mar Bella ottima situazione per soggiorni balneari. Accesso a una terazza comune molto bella e con lettini, peccato che non ci sia la jacuzzi se no sarebbe stato un sogno! Accoglienza fantastica, Cecilia è organizzatissima e di buon consiglio, anche prima del soggiorno è stata disponibile a rispondere a tutte le mie domande. A prossimità si trova il supermecato, la farmacia e la metro. Cosa dire di più? Ci ritornerei e lo consiglierei a tutti!!! L'unica "problemino" incontrato è un po' di difficoltà ad aprire la porta col meccanismo di chiavi magnetiche, a parte questo nient'altro da segnalare.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 90 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 25% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 21 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day
- Cash
- 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit
- Cash and credit card
- A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 17:00 to 21:00
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
