The booking will only be confirmed after approval of the documentation proving the nature of the stay. The documentation is listed on the last photos of apartments. 

The maximum stay for a vacation rental is 88 nights.

The apartment is located in rent-capped area.

The owner has conditions of "Pequeño Tenedor".

Please note: In the event that you are unable to provide the required documentation, we will issue a full refund of the total amount paid for your reservation.

The apartment is close to many good restaurants and bars, the streets can be noisy at night


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Final cleaning is included.
- Weekly cleaning not included. Extra cleaning services can be coordinated.

THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
- 1-month stay: 50% of the month
- Stay 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months.

The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 300eur/month is payable by the tenant.

Note: A rental contract is mandatory to be signed before the check-in.
