This luxury apartment in Barcelona has been completely refurbished 3 years ago and tastefully fitted in 2014/2015.

The apartment is located in the city centre, just a few blocks away from the main shopping street Paseo de Gracia in the Eixample district, between Bruc Street, Provenca Street and Mallorca Street. In the vicinity, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and charming stores.

The apartment is situated in a very beautiful neoclassical building on the top floor - easily reachable by a lift. Due to this location, it is very quiet and bright.

The apartment has a living room with a large sofa and dining table for 4 people. This is followed by an open, fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there are two bedrooms with comfortable beds, quality mattresses and wardrobes. The large daylight bath has a walk-in shower, double sinks and a toilet.

In all rooms, you will find a plenty of closet and storage space. The rooms have heating and air conditioning. The beds in all rooms can be either be pushed together or divided to accommodate your wishes.
The living room and one of the bedrooms have small balconies overlooking the Carrer del Bruc. From the balcony, you can see also the Tibidabo amusement park of Barcelona and a piece of the sea.

The apartment has beautiful original tiled floors and opulent stucco. The windows were completely renovated, but are still wooden and original.

On the walls, there are black and white photos of Barcelona that have been specially made by a photographer for the apartment.
