It features a lovely equipped private terrace, homey sofas, and a dining table that seats six people. A wonderful location to unwind and enjoy Barcelona.
It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, and 3 complete bathrooms, two of which have a bathtub and one with an Italian shower. In the living room, you will find a dining table, a television with a large sofa bed, and another living room with chairs.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with all appliances, kitchenware, and utensils.

This is a perfect apartment for a longer stay. Located in the quieter area of Barcelona, still well located to get anywhere easily. The rooms are spacious as is the apartment in general, including the eat-in kitchen, living room and amazing terrace. The building itself is also quiet and provides zero party atmosphere. If you are looking to party this is probably not the apartment for you. We'll be coming back for years to come, as long as it is available! - Habitat Apartments reply:

Very spacious, comfortable apartment.
Extremely clean and very well equipped.
Loved the roof terrace and large living area.
Very comfortable beds.
Quiet location, but not too far to walk / get metro into more central locations.
Very efficient service all round. Would definitely use Habitat again.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
